About TADA

About Us

TADA is part of the Rural Development and Support Service, providing local community development support.

TADA Membership

Membership

Installing Good Relations

Within TADA, we seek to better the relationships between groups that make up the wider community. We run annual Multi-Cultural Days, go on Good Practice Visits and Peace Visits to better the bonds between everyone in the community.

Tackling Social Isolation

People can often find themselves secluded, especially in rural areas. We aim to change this by providing online workshops and by running Community Hubs, which aims to bring people in isolated areas together to form lasting connections.

Supporting & Sustaining Community Groups

We currently have over 300 member groups at TADA that benefit from continued support to ensure that their groups can thrive. We assist with setting up a group, providing training, securing funding and registering as a charity.

Rural Micro Capital Grant

We process and give advice to applications to DAERA’s Rural Micro Capital Grant scheme that is funded by their Tackling Rural Poverty and Social Isolation (TRPSI) Programme. We are just one of seven networks that offer this service.
