Are YOU aged 18 or over and want to be part of an exciting £70m Rural Development initiative being rolled out across Northern Ireland?
New Local Action Groups (LAGs) are being established to help deliver positive change to rural areas and their communities and YOU have an essential role to play.
As the process starts to take shape there is a real need for young people aged 18 and over to be part of this exciting process and make sure their voice is heard and their talents utilised.
To help make sure this opportunity is seized, the Rural Network for Northern Ireland in association with YouthAction Northern Ireland, YFCU and the Rural Youth Entrepreneurship (RYE) Programme have organised a special information event aimed specifically at young people aged 18 and over who live or work in rural areas.
This will be held in the Conference Room at Loughry College from 7.00pm to 8.30pm on Tuesday, December 16th and this invitation is extended to all young people with an interest in the development of rural communities.
The informal session will give you information on the programme, how to get involved and provide an insight into the huge role young people can play.
